I love that the card effects are all unique and actually change how you approach the game. The French rules took me a minute to parse, but the included English ones saved me. Carson Ellis’s art on these luminary cards is gorgeous—really makes the set feel special.

Bought this for our bilingual game nights and the French rules sheet is a huge help since half our group speaks it better than English. The six luminary cards each play so differently that it feels like a whole new set of strategies, not just a reskin.

The illustrations by Carson Ellis are stunning—each card feels like a piece of art. Having both French and English rules makes it easy to play with bilingual friends. These new luminary effects really shake up our game nights.
